Valencia, President and Senen D. Glorioso, Executive Vice President – Finance together with Delfin Lee and RGV Group Chairman Rodolfo G. Valencia.

Mabalacat City Mayor delivers his speech at the Flag Ceremony of the City Government. He practically endorsed Westchester Realty Corporation as the the new owners of Xevera Mabalacat, Xevera Bacolor and Sameera Angeles and promised to support the projects. Further, Mayor Garbo acknowledged Delfin Lee for having initiated the township development of Xevera Mabalacat ten (10) years back which contributed to the socio-economic development of the City of Mabalacat.
