HON. RODOLFO G. VALENCIA, better known as “RGV” is a highly-esteemed personality in Philippine government and business, housing and real estate being his expertise. He is well known nationally and highly respected as a successful businessman.
He is a product of one of the leading schools in the Philippines, the San Beda College, and one of the largest commerce and business management institutions in the Philippines, the University of the East.
A born leader, RGV was the youngest president of the Manila Board of Realtors (MBR), the Philippine Association of Realtors Boards (PAREB), the Philippine Council for Planning & Housing (PCPH), Asia Pacific Real Estate Federation (APREF) the Federation Internationales Des Professiones Immobillares (FIABCI) and past Director of the National Association of Realtors (NAR-USA).
RGV was a TOYM (Ten Outstanding Young Men of the Phils.) awardee in the field of Human Settlements Management. He was the youngest founding director of the Chamber of Real Estate and Builders’ Association (CREBA). He was past Chairman of Mindoro Kabuhayan Foundation, Inc. (MKFI), judged as the Most Outstanding NGO for Region IV and One of the Top 5 NGOs in the Philippines, and Most Outstanding Professional in the Real Estate Service awarded by the Philippine Regulation Commission (PRC).
He is a member of the Rotary Club of Manila (RCM) and a past member of Dasmariñas Village Association (DVA) and Forbes Park Association (FPA).
At the height of his success in real estate, RGV decided to enter politics to protect and preserve the watersheds of Oriental Mindoro. He fought illegal logging, illegal fishing, illegal gambling and other illegal activities which made Oriental Mindoro the Most Peaceful Province in Region 4. He was a multi-awarded Congressman of the First District for 14 years and multi-awarded Governor for 9 years.

Jimmy or Dr. Jim completed graduate degree programs in philosophy and sacred theology at the University of Santo Tomas in Manila (magna cum laude), public communication at Boston University, and higher education management at Boston College in Massachusetts, USA. He is a four-term national president of the Chamber of Real Estate and Builders’ Associations, Inc. and a past president of the ASEAN Association for Planning & Housing. He has also served as executive director of the Philippine Institute of Real Estate Service Practitioners, Inc. He has served as either chairman, CEO, or director of various companies and institutions involved in human and organizational development, human settlements planning, engineering consultancy, financial services, publications, technology transfer, poverty alleviation and good governance. He is a past governor of Rotary International District 3830.

Nico is a graduate of business administration at the De La Salle University College of Saint Benilde and a master’s program in entrepreneurship at the Asian Institute of Management. He has more than a decade of experience in government service as Chief of Staff of then Congressman RGV in the House of Representatives. He spent the same amount of time in various companies engaged in real estate development and marketing within the RGV Group. He is now one of the youngest members of the Rotary club of Manila, the first and the biggest in Asia. He was Secretary-General of Oriental Mindoro Investments (ORMINVEST) and Mindoro Kabuhayan Foundation, Inc. (MKFI)

JOANNA MARIE P. VALENCIA

Joanna is an alumna of the exclusive Assumption College in Makati City and has pursued various post-graduate courses related to management and real estate marketing and Interior Design. She is a Licensed Real Estate Broker, a Realtor and a Certified International Property Specialist (CIPS). She has attended conferences and seminars on real estate locally and abroad. She is an active member and an officer and past director of the Chamber of Real Estate and Builders’ Associations, Inc. (CREBA) and President of PhilRES (Philippine Institute of Real Estate Service Practitioners) Oriental Mindoro Chapter. She represents the Chairman of the RGV Group in business and civic functions, and is, herself, actively involved in various civic organizations, such as the Rotary Club of Makati-Dasmariñas.

SENEN D. GLORIOSO

Senen or SDG has been engaged in financial planning and management for more than 40 years. A graduate of the De La Salle University (magna cum laude) in liberal arts and commerce, with a master’s in business administration from the University of the Philippines, he has been senior officer and/or director of various companies engaged in real estate development and marketing since the late ‘70s. He has also managed several family-owned enterprises that include rural banking, financing, trading, and entertainment and the arts. As a practicing banker, Glorioso has developed expertise in banking and multi-purpose cooperatives, countryside banking management, financing for small and medium enterprises, risk management, agricultural finance, value-added tax systems for banks, and corporate governance.

FLORDELIZA P. BANU

Leeza is a veteran of the RGV Group in-house training and development process. A graduate with honors at the Philippine Women’s University, she has spent her entire working life with the RGV Group of Companies, rising from the ranks to the position of vice-president. She is also a licensed broker in her own right. She has attended special courses in people management and marketing and sales with well-known training institutions. She is RGV Center’s resident expert on government relations and regulations, with a wide network of contacts within the government and the real estate industry.

Romy is executive assistant to the Group Chairman and performs para-legal services. A licensed real estate broker, he graduated Bachelor of Science in Business Administration (BSBA), and earned units towards a Master’s in Business Management. He was about to complete his Bachelor of Laws degree when he was conscripted into military service. Serving as non-commissioned officer in the defunct Philippine Constabulary, he topped the special courses in Correspondence Management and Special Narcotics Investigation.
