CAN I CHANGE THE UNIT I INITIALLY CHOSE?

WHAT ARE THE BENEFITS OF BEING A MEMBER OF THE HOMEOWNERS’ ASSOCIATION?
As a bonafide homeowner, you enjoy the privileges like the use of amenities (clubhouse, swimming pool, basketball court), commercial areas, church, school for free education up to Grade 12, among others.
FINANCE
CAN WE EXTEND PAYMENT OF EQUITY AND MISCELLANEOUS FEES TO 6 MONTHS OR 1 YEAR?
Per policy, we are only allowed a maximum of three (3) months. Clients may send a request to extend payment term but there is no guarantee of approval.
CAN WE AVAIL OF IN-HOUSE FINANCING?
No in-house financing as of now. However, we can assist you in applying for a Pag-IBIG Housing Loan.
WHAT ARE THE PAYMENT OPTIONS WHEN PURCHASING A UNIT?
Buyer may choose to pay in cash or thru Pag-IBIG financing.
IS THERE A DISCOUNT IF I PAY IN SPOT CASH?
Yes, 5% discount on total contract price.
WHY IS THERE ADDITIONAL EQUITY AND MISCELLANEOUS PAYMENTS WHEN WE ALREADY PAID TO GLOBE ASIATIQUE BEFORE?
Due to new ownership and management by Westchester Realty Corporation, there has been a new set of policies and terms. All buyers need to comply with the new guidelines.
IS THE RESERVATION DEPOSIT REFUNDABLE?
No. Reservation is not refundable and subject to forfeiture if sale is not consummated within 15 days from date of reservation.

Xevera Mabalacat, Xevera Bacolor and Sameera Angeles are now own and manage by Westchester Realty Corporation.
CAN I CHOOSE A CO-BORROWER WHO IS NOT RELATED TO ME?
Yes. Pag-IBIG allows a maximum of three (3) borrowers for a single housing loan, not necessarily related to each other.
CONSTRUCTION
HOW MANY MONTHS FOR THE UNIT TO BE RENOVATED PRIOR TO TURNOVER?
The unit will be turned-over to the buyer within three (3) months from date of reservation.
IF WE HAVE COMPLAINS FOR THE UNIT TO BE TURNED OVER, WHAT CAN WE DO?
